About Ticon Properties

In 1972, Ticon was established to construct single-family homes to sell. In the 1980's, we expanded our operations to include construction of multi-family duplexes and apartments to own and manage.

We realized that tenants needed a comfortable home, great location and most important, affordability. Because we had a product to meet these needs, we experienced major growth.

In 1990, we entered the commercial real estate market with the addition of several office and retail centers to our portfolio. Again, our concept was to meet the needs of the beginning entrepreneur and small business. We knew that a great location, a pleasant environment and affordability were a key to the prosperity of our clients.
