I’m from Chapel Hill and 4th generation in my family to be involved in real estate.  I’ve been in one aspect of the business or another since graduating from East Carolina in 2004.  If I’m not working I’m likely to be found doing something outdoors, going to see live music, or cheering on the ECU Pirates.

One day before class at NC State I began looking for a home to rent for the upcoming school year. I enjoyed the process so much three months later I had my broker’s license and had begun my real estate career. When I am not working you can find me on the golf course or soccer fields with family and friends. I am extremely pleased to be working with Ticon Properties and a part of the Glenbrook West team!

I was born and raised in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.  I found my way to the Triangle area when I attended the University of Chapel Hill, where I graduated in 2000 with a B.A. in Journalism.  I first became familiar with Ticon Properties when I moved into one of their properties in 2001.  In 2002, I began working for Ticon Properties as the assistant manager at Audubon Lake.  In 2003, I obtained my NC Real Estate Broker’s License.  That same year, I became the property manager at New Haven Apartments and Townhomes.  Currently, I am the property manager at Indigo Apartment Homes.  I enjoy my job because there is never a dull moment.

Born and raised in North Carolina, I spent 11 years working in the field of education.  In 2005, I moved into a Ticon community.  In 2008 I began working at the Indigo leasing office part time, and really enjoyed my new job and the atmosphere.  Shortly thereafter, I became the Assistant Property Manager.  I have a son who is in college at NC State University.  I enjoy my job because I like meeting new people and helping them find their new home.

I moved to North Carolina from Arizona in 2009 with my wife and daughter.  Since Spring 2010, I have been working for Ticon Properties.  At first, I worked at several of Ticon Properties’ locations.  Now, I am the lead maintenance technician at Indigo Apartment Homes.  I take pride in doing a great job and helping the office and residents with their needs.  In my free time I enjoy golfing and spending time with my daughter.

I am originally from Cleveland, Ohio, and I am currently studying Management and Society at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  In my free time I enjoy dancing, reading and spending time with friends.  I have been employed with Ticon Properties since January 2011.  While I have worked at most of the Ticon offices, I usually work at the New Haven and Indigo locations.  I love working for Ticon Properties because the company is extremely flexible with my schedule and gives me the opportunity to let my personality shine.

Born in Baltimore, Maryland; raised in North Carolina. I love Vegas, I have been there 10 times but I am not much of a risk taker so I never bet enough to win big. I’m a little shy but once I get to know you, you would never believe it. I have a teenager and a Shih Tzu so you can imagine I stay pretty busy at home. My favorite things are home décor, white gold, and diamonds.  I love unique, exotic, vibrant colored flowers and plants. I love to decorate on a budget and the final products come out looking expensive. I enjoy to walk in the morning before work even though I must admit I have been a slacker at it lately. I have worked for Ticon Properties as a Commercial Property Manager for over 6 years and I absolutely love my job and the people I work with.

Originally from Smithfield, NC, Brent attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington where he graduated with a B. S. in Finance in 1999.  After college, he moved back to the triangle where he currently lives and obtained his NC Real Estate Broker license.  He worked in residential real estate sales and then moved on to Commercial Leasing in 2006.  He works part time at Reedy Creek Golf Course near Smithfield where he has been an employee since age 14.  He enjoys golf, snow skiing, weekends at the beach and visiting with his family back in Smithfield.

I’m originally from New Jersey; I moved to North Carolina 3 ½ years ago and love everything about the state.  I work at Ticon’s Commercial office as an Administrative Assistant; I enjoy my job and learning new things every day. I enjoy spending my free time with my husband and our very energetic boxer puppy .  I also like going to flea markets or just getting out and exploring parts of NC I haven’t seen yet, there is always something new to check out.

I have worked in the maintenance department of Ticon Properties for the past eleven years & consider everyone to be like family.  I take pride in being able to keep our properties so well maintained & in a timely fashion. I am a native of North Carolina born in Henderson. I spent 5 years proudly serving my country in the United States Army. Have a wonderful wife who I have been happily married to for the past 16 years. We have 3 children ages 18, 13, & 11. I enjoy riding motorcycles, scuba diving, sky diving, mountain biking, kayaking, & canoeing. I am an all around outdoor type of guy.

I am a native of Durham and have worked for Ticon Properties since 1989.  I can honestly say I love my position as General Manager and enjoy coming to work most days.  Sometimes it’s very overwhelming but at the end of the day, I believe I’ve given my best.  At home, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading, traveling and visiting unusual places in North Carolina.

I have worked for Ticon for over 35 years.  I’ve been happily married for 20 years and we have no children . We do have an 8 year old Doberman named Scarlett who is spoiled rotten & loves to eat money or anything else if you leave it lying around.  In my spare time I enjoy being outdoors and landscaping.

I am yet another transplant from the north.  I grew up in Pittsburgh, PA but found my way south about 12 years ago. Durham has been my home for the last 3 years. Outside of my time spent at Ticon I am busy with my family, their various activities and a few hobbies of my own that I’ve tried to find the time to do. At my church I am an active member of choir and bell choir. Periodically, I’ll even pull out my old flute to play. Sometimes, but probably not often enough, the gym will start to call my name, and I will venture there or better yet a walk with my dog “Ozzie.”

Good at numbers, but not so much with words- as this may show. I moved to NC 21 years ago, and have been fortunate enough to find employment at Ticon Properties about 10 ½ years ago- working with – you guessed it – numbers! I really enjoy good food – especially the wonderful locally grown produce I am able to find in the farmers market which I visit weekly.

I try to stay fit by taking classes right here at Sutton Station at the Inside Out Pilates Studio, who has a wonderful caring staff. I have a grown son who graduated from UNC – CH and is now working in Japan. I may not be able to visit him there but hope to, if I can raise the courage to take that flight!

For the past 25 years, I worked as a carpenter in the Midwest.  I moved to the Raleigh-Durham area a year ago, and I have been working for Ticon Properties since Spring 2010.  As a carpenter/maintenance technician for Ticon Properties, I enjoy making our apartments and townhouses ready to welcome our new residents as well as helping our current residents with their daily needs in order to enhance their living experience.  I also take great pride in making all of our residents proud to call this place “HOME”.  During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife, traveling, cooking and gardening.

I have recently joined Ticon Properties as a HVAC specialist. I am originally from Danville Virginia.  I have a wonderful wife who I have been happily married to for 8 years. We have 2 beautiful girls ages 7 and 18. I enjoy doing odd jobs and consider myself very handy. A lot of skills I have developed have been through years of hands on experience.  I am living life to the fullest I think it’s important to be a full participant not just a spectator.

I am new to Ticon Properties and enjoy working as a maintenance technician doing apartment upgrades. I am originally from North Carolina. I have been married for 5 years and have two wonderful girls ages 14 and 5.  For fun I enjoy hunting, fishing, cooking on the grill and spending time with my family.

I have worked for Ticon Properties a little over a year now doing apartment maintenance and upgrades as well as general construction tasks as needed. I have been happily married for 23 years and have one son who is 22 years old. I am originally from North Carolina. On my time off I enjoy traveling, outdoor activities, landscaping, and restoring vehicles. Also a huge UNC fan !

I have worked for Ticon Properties for 22 years. I am happily married for 20 years and have one son and one grandson. I am currently rebuilding an 85 Camaro which takes up most of my spare time.  I also enjoy wood working, collecting coins, cast iron cars & beer mugs. Going to the beach in the summer time is also high on my list of fun things to do.
